Access codes for booking your hotel room are now available. If you have not yet booked your room, please do it now. Just contact us, and we’ll tell you what rooms are still open. Then check out the rooms on Playa Azul’s website, tell us which cabana you prefer, and we’ll give you the booking access code for your room.

The wedding festivities will span from Feb 6-10, four nights, and we have the run of our whole hotel for the full 5 days, 4 nights of “Deckerpalooza.”

Here’s a sneak peek at the wedding weekend schedule*:

Thursday, February 6, 2014: Arrivals and welcome, Playa Azul.

Once you’ve checked in, come join us at Playa Azul’s bar between 5:30 and 7:30 pm for a welcome drink. Meet your fellow wedding weekend revelers, and head out to dinner somewhere around town.

Friday, February 7, 2014:

Daytime beach games, tanning and recreation at Playa Azul. Evening BBQ at one of Tulum’s famous cenotes.

Saturday, February 8, 2014: WEDDING DAY!

Spend the morning checking out the Tulum Ruins (just a short cab ride up the road), relax on the beach, or go exploring in town.

Be back in time for the ceremony on the beach at Playa Azul at 4:00 pm. The reception will include cocktail hour and dinner. Dress is beachy casual. Sandals, sundresses and guayaberas are welcome!

Sunday, February 9, 2014:

A selection of local activities and tours will be available if you’d like to get out and see the sights. Late in 2013, we’ll pull together the deets on these, and we’ll ask you to let us know if you’re interested so we can set you up with a group rate for the wedding crew if you want to join.

Monday, February 10, 2014:

Breakfast and farewells for those headed home.
